A reminder here that because this is a blog it appears rather upside down for new users. If you are new here, please go to the beginning of the blog on the third page (scroll to the bottom and click “Older”) or refer to the Exercises category in the right column; start with Exercise #1 and do the exercises in order. There is a natural progression to the exercises, and what you learn in early exercises will help you get the most from later ones. They’re all pretty easy to do really; you just follow my voice and let yourself relax as best you can each time. And of course, feel free to repeat any exercise whenever you want, you will get better at it as you do. Please see the page tabs above for additional information. Good relaxing to you!

This is a very simple visualization exercise that is effective for achieving relaxation and a sense of well-being. All you need to do is imagine you are love. Okay, so this may not be so easy for most of us, but perhaps it will help if I guide you through it here at first. The beautiful supportive music track is Love and Light by Cheryl Ann Fulton from her cd Once and Future Harp.

Simple toning, using one’s natural voice for relaxation and healing, is said to be one of the best and easiest things a person may do for the body. Letting the energy flow through oneself with the voice can clear and energize the body. Here is a quick and basic introduction to this powerful process: Watch me do it and give it a try for yourself! See my longer video Vibrational Awakening: The Power of Sound Healing for more. Background music on the audio version is Windamere Sky by Ray Carl Daye from cd Spectral Navigator from Magnatune.

I call this exercise Letting Go of Fear. Fear is largely based in the heart. At least much of what we normally experience as fear is a sensation located in the heart. This sensation may not always seem like fear – but it can be fear nevertheless. In this exercise, I’d like you to go into your heart once again, as you did in exercise 6. If you haven’t done that exercise yet, I recommend you do it before this one so this will be most effective.
Download audio or Play in new window if you want to listen while you browse. Music is Matritamah by Hans Christian from the cd Surrender available at Magnatune.
